Can you Change The voicelines to the citizens? just not the ones that sound like he's friendly becuase it doesn't make sense for him to have a vocoder without a helmet

@Corvixin You're thinking of Overwatch Soldiers (aka Combine Soldiers) metrocops on the other hand are completely human, and it can be assumed that these are a different type of metrocop.
