Well, Subnautica's achievement for the same thing has like 30% something percent. So yeah, some people are wasting money.

Ur able to reach xxv-100 without getting this achivment. On maps like meltdown your character puts on the mask automaticly and it doesnt count for "No One Cared Who I Was..." At least it was like that, maybe overkill fixed it but im not sure. Correct me if im wrong
