How add mods from websites to ETS 2

1) Download mod in actual game version from the websites of ETS2 mods in fortmat .scs.
2) Insert mod file (xxx.scs) to the folder mod in Documents
3) Start Euro Truck simulator 2 via the Steam and configure mods in the main page. Select better priority of mod, what u want.
4) Save changes and have fun :-)

ive tried that nd i get nothing i use ets 2.lt and mod hub,ive reinstalled the game half a dozen times and still nothing but when i go on the mods through steam i have no trouble
