Beskrivning
This mod adds 3 more bums to the game, Bomb Bum, Pill Bum and Rune Bum.

Bomb Bum: gives 3-6 hearts/coins per 1 bomb
(can be pretty much any heart/coin, it's rare but you can get dimes/black hearts/etc)

Pill Bum: gives 1 card per 1-3 pills

Rune Bum: gives 1 rune per 1 trinket

If you get all 3 bums they fuse into "Mega Bum" which does everything the individual bums do, but gives double.

Unlike regular bums these bums won't go after an item unless its a few seconds old already, giving you more time to pick up stuff you want.

(and yes I know there's already technically a 'bomb bum' in the game but that's more of a beggar)

Suggestion: all bums can now fuse, the appearance takes after the set which contains the most bums in the transformations.

You should make something where if you get super bum and mega bum they combine to make ultra bum (or whatever) and does what all the bums would do.

maybe some sort of God Looking Bum. Could give it a Halo and make it's head be Godhead but without the eye and just a Bum face?
