- The "Library" shows that you already have 100% of the achievements, even if you
   have not yet unlocked them
- To see if they have been unlocked, click on "View all achievements" in the "Library"
- So that "Steam" does not crash when you start the game let another game run in the background

how to delete that achievements?

Yeah its odd,try to play the game,but it crash's Steam and it doesn't pop up in my achievement listing
