I used two water jugs of different size, then I spray painted them and added plates with fake bolts

20 pounds is not to heavy. did you make a base of foam and cover it with worbla?

it really depends how strong of a back you have my backpack is around 20 pounds.

Very nicely done! Love how you made it look metalic with the green glowing bits. I've been thinking about making a globadier costume as well and i'm trying to figure out how to create the "gas tank". Can you give me some tips?
