Sniping: The art of long range engagment

Basically a mid lane sniper guide, fairly simple, don't put points into shrapnel, stats over shrapnel as you will need the damage early game over the mana waste that is shrapnel. just farm mid lane and you will demolish if you play carefully and pay attention to whats around you.

Not really, the aoe on it is too small as well as sniper is not too fast so unless you have Boots of travel your not going to escape, thats why you get a Shadow blade

Eh when i play Sniper i normally do enough damage to not worry about people getting away.

It can be used to slow down a pursuer, even though it has minuscule damage output.

Its fairly useless though, its a pointless waste of mana that could be used for an Ult.
