we are basically making your quad core run as a dual core processor

step 1..start up game get all the way in game then hit control alt delete.this will take you outside of game.
step 2..then click on task manager and click details.

step 3.. find the deadspace.exe right click on it and drop box will appear.

step 4..click on set infinity and uncheck cores 7,6,5,4 then hit ok.close task manager

step 5..now click the deadspace2 icon in task bar to re- enter game.(game must be running for this to work) you will have to do this each time you start the game.enjoy....Guy
