Maybe you can fix it?
Repair a vehicle using your garage. You can do this in Free or Campaign.

Precise sat-nav
Simple. Set a waypoint marker and drive to it. When it disappears, you'll get the achievement.

Bird's eye view
Use the drone once you unlock it in campaign.

Night harvest
Harvest wheat between 10pm and 5am.

Employer
Hire a worker, either in Free or Campaign.

Brand new
Use the water station to wash your vehicle (it's next to where the car initially spawns).

Green energy
Buy enough windmills or solar panels to let you earn $2,000 per day. Simple, but costly.

Fast farming
Drive 16km/10mph while plowing. You can do this with the free tractor (134 Ep) that you got for free if you pre-order. Otherwise, anything with a power higher than 144 will do it.

Beginner breeder
Cheapest and simplest way is to buy 20 them. It says breeding, but if you buy 20 animals, it'll unlock.

Sleeping with the fishes
Drive any vehicle into the water so that it sinks.

Sunny Italy
Travel to Italy in Free or Campaign.

Wallet flush with cash
Earn a minimum of $1,000,000 from all your ventures. You don't need to maintain a balance, you just need to earn $1m total.

Enthusiast breeder
Like the other one, just buy them.

Empty fuel tank!
Drive a vehicle until it runs out of fuel. Probably easiest to do in the beginner tractor you start with (Zetor).

Heavy parcel
When you travel to Italy as part of the campaign, bring a vehicle with you.

Heavyweight
Buy one of the Russian-based track tractors in Free or Campaign.

Beaujolais nouveau
Buy a vineyard in Free.

Coffee aroma
Travel to Columbia.

Healthy lifestyle
Run for 60 seconds straight. If you do any turns, or turn the camera, it resets the timer because you slow down temporarily. Just find a large empty space and run straight for 60 seconds. Use your phone to run its stopwatch if you want.

Champion breeder
Buy (or breed) a total of 100 animals. Buying is the quicker, but more expensive way.

Cherry blossom
Travel to Japan.

Exotic machines
Buy a Skybury and Gregoire G9 combine.

White gold
Sell rice for the first time. You'll get this by doing the campaign.

Apple never falls far from the tree
Buy an apple orchard in Free.

A month of new life
Spend a total of 30 days on a single save. You can speed up the game to 600x and then go do other things if you want.

Machine park
You need to own a total of $1,000,000 worth of machines. Easily accomplished just by playing as you'll eventually build up quite the inventory.

Industrial greenhouse
Buy an industrial greenhouse in Free or Campaign. They are marked on your map.

Little strongman
Do exactly as it says, use the Akpil KM180 plow with any medium class tractor.

Eastern hardware
Buy three (minimum) of the Eastern European vehicles. You can buy whatever combination you want (3 tractors, 2 tractors + combine, etc.)

Trucker
Buy the three DAF trucks in Free or Campaign.

Oversized cargo
Buy the NJ4 Wielton, load a vehicle onto it, hook the trailer up and start driving. It should unlock within a few seconds.

Tycoon
Own properties that total $1,000,000. Like the vehicle one, this will eventually unlock as you buy up sheds, fields, solar panels, wind turbines, etc.

Reasonable farmer

Tactical garaging
Simple, just expensive. Buy eight sheds in Free or Campaign.

Healthy diet
Harvest potatoes and feed them to pigs, or make fodder and feed them to the cows. The pre-mixed food doesn't count.

Receive a plum, return a peach
Buy a plum orchard for the first time in Free mode.

Campaign finished
Finish the campaign. Simple!

Farmland enthusiast
You need to own fields that total at least 50 hectares in Free mode. This will come as you buy up more fields.

Endless field
Buy the largest field in Free or Campaign. This unlocked for me by buying Field 31 in Montana.

Combine enthusiast
Buy all the combines (just machines, you don't need the headers) in Free mode.

Tractor enthusiast
Buy all tractors that are classified as medium and heavy models in Free mode.

Farming train
Connect 3 DB8's to a tractor. Because this can be difficult due to the way the tractors swing, the easiest is to get one trailer, park it straight, get the second trailer, connect it to the first one, keep them both straight. Finally, get the third trailer and try to reverse as straight as you can to the other two to connect it, then you should be able to pull ahead a little and the achievement will unlock.

The Miner's Trail
Collect all 100 sapphires. This is similar to collecting the 100 gold nuggets in Farm Sim 2017. They're spread around the map, I do not have a marked location of all of them.

Neighbor help
You need to complete all side missions in the campaign. There are NINE of them in Montana, designated with a yellow question mark. See the "Side Mission" section for more info.

Precision loader
Use a tractor equipped with a front loader and bale spike to load six bales onto a trailer.

Globetrotter
Buy a property in Montana, Italy, Columbia and Japan in Free mode. You do not need to buy anything in Germany, as that is considered DLC.

Squirreling away
Simple but time consuming, all you need to do is continually harvest and store wheat until the grain silo reaches 100 tons.

Farmland tycoon
Similar to the other achievement, just keep buying fields and you'll eventually hit 150 hectares.

Non-stop

Farmer of all trades
This requires you to complete all the challenges in challenge mode. See the "Challenges" section for more.

Some notes you should know to make the side missions quicker:

• Always drop the timer down to 1, which is the slowest speed in the game. For example, the Pear Harvest mission has to be done in 16 hours. While you can easily do it in under five minutes, if you turn the speed down, you can go AFK for a bit, do something else, etc., without affecting the timer.
  
• If you pre-purchased the game, use the red tractor that was a pre-order bonus. The first one is free, and has a drastic improvement of speed and power over the default Zetor, allowing you to do things much faster

Reward: $5,000
Objective: Attach trailer, load up pears, deliver pears to storage

This is simple. The objective says to "attach the trailer", but there is no "the" trailer. Attach any trailer you want. I recommend the DB-8 because of its larger capacity. You then only need to make five trips to complete the mission.

Time Limit: 72 Hours
Reward: $10,000
Objective: Harvest the barley field and deliver to the grain silo

You can do this with the regular combine, but if you want to make it go quicker and have the money, buy the Agromash combine and header (the blue one). Speeds up the mission dramatically.

Time Limit: 16 Hours
Reward: $5,000
Objective: Fill the orchard's water and tank and then spray it

Simple. Fill the tank on the side with water, then hook up the Akpil sprayer and go through the orchard.

Time Limit: 16 Hours
Reward: $10,000
Objective: Get into truck and reach designated points

Simply drive the truck through ten checkpoints and back to the diner to complete it.

Time Limit: 72 Hours
Reward: $30,000
Objective: Plow the two fields

Simple. Plow one field, then the next.

Time Limit: 72 Hours
Reward: $5,000
Objective: Deliver eggs

Speed up time so your chickens produce eggs, then turn them into the diner.

Time Limit: Deliver the tomatoes
Reward: $5,000
Objective: Deliver the tomatoes

All you need to do is set tomatoes to grow at a greenhouse, wait for them to finish, pick them up from the pallet and then drop them off.

Time Limit: 72 Hours
Reward: $5,000
Objective: Deliver 1,102 lbs of peppers

This will unlock once you do part one. Same thing, just grow peppers instead.

Time Limit: 72 Hours
Reward: $5,000
Objective: Deliver 1,102 lbs of cabbages

This will unlock once you do part two. Same thing as the previous, just grow cabbages instead.


Time Limit: 24 Hours
Rewards: $5,000
Objectives: Find the car and return it

Quite simple. Find the car, which is clearly marked, then return it to the farmer.

Time Limit: 1 Hour
Reward: $5,000
Objectives: Pick up four machines and park them in the shed

Simple. Pick up the machines, park them in the shed. Definitely do this one at 1x speed (or just slightly faster).

Time Limit: 3 Hours
Reward: $5,000
Objectives: Attach trailer, load pigs, sell pigs

Attach the livestock trailer, pick up the four pigs at the pen, and drop them off at the butcher.

Time Limit: 3 Hours
Reward: $5,000
Objective: Deliver 1,102 lbs of plums to the Chinese restaurant

Simple. Load up the water of a plum orchard, spray it, and fast forward time for three days until they're ready (if they're not), then pick them up and take them to the restaurant. If you do need to fast forward time, pick up the mission after they're ready, since you'll hit the time limit otherwise.

Time Limit: 3 Hours
Reward: $5,000
Objective: Deliver 1,102 lbs of pears to the Chinese restaurant

Same as above, just with pears.

Time Limit: 3 Hours
Reward: $5,000
Objective: Deliver 1,102 lbs of apples to the Chinese restaurant

Also the same, just with apples.

Challenges are all pretty straightforward and easy, and don't really need a walkthrough, so here's one tip that'll apply to most of them: when you're doing a challenge that has you complete, say, 60% off a field to pass it, but then 95% of a field for the optional objectives, always make sure you secure the basic objectives. For example, make sure you plow 60% of all four fields so you secure the win, then move onto finishing off the remaining to get those fields to 95%. That way, if something happens, you'll still win the challenge.

All challenges come with default equipment, and you won't be able to buy anything to help you. Challenges are set to 24x speed, this cannot be changed, and you also cannot save your game at any point.

Sunny harvest
Time Limit: 26 Hours
Requirements: Harvest 60% of wheat from all four fields, and store 33,069lbs of wheat in the silo
Optional: Harvest 95%, store 66,139lbs

Potato campaign
Time Limit: 18 Hours
Requirements: Plant 60% of each of the four fields
Optional: Plant 95%

A huge drought
Time Limit: 20 Hours
Requirements: Water 60% of each of the 2 fields, and fill 2 orchard tanks with 1,057 gallons of water
Optional: Water 95% and fill the tanks with 2,113 gallons

Locust attack
Time Limit: 10 Hours
Requirements: Spray 60% of each of the three fields, and spray 60% of trees in each of the 3 orchards
Optional: Spray 95% and 95% of both

A trucker's life
Time Limit: 24 Hours
Requirements: Pick up 220,462 lbs of any product of your choice and drop them off at the appropriate purchase center
Optional: Pick up 440,924 lbs

Milky Way
Time Limit: 30 Hours
Requirements: Sell 396 gallons of milk
Optional: Sell 872 gallons

Olive Tasting
Time Limit: 24 Hours
Requirements: Deliver 8,818 lbs of olives to the hotel and 8,818 lbs to the Casa di olive
Optional: Deliver 13,669 lbs of both

Young Wine

You begin with fields 3 and 39, and you can buy the rest. To get the Farmland Tycoon achievement, you'll need to buy every field in Montana.

Using the in-game info, size is the size in acreage, best crop is the type, not the specific crop (so grain or root, not wheat or potatoes), and optimal income is per acre. So, field #2 has an optimal income of $5,915 per acre and is 3 acres, $17,745 is the optimal total income.
