For a very long time I have wanted to create a design with a vampiric theme.
The idea for this design was inspired by Magic: The Gathering, especially the Innistrad realm and Markov's vampire clan and by the upcoming game Vampyr from Dontnod Entertainment.
The composition uses signature vampiric elements such as a night background, patterns of bats and clumps of darkness. All of this is covered by futuristic gradient lines, fonts, shapes and logos.
We tried to fit custom painting with the illustration and cover it as well with some design touches, to make the composition work well together.

The design is mostly based on a cold palette of crimson-red and dark and light blue.
The blue represents a feeling brought about by the night stalkers - coldness. And the red, on the main points of the gun, represents danger and excitement. The image of the vampire is meant to evoke a feeling of "You can run but, I'll catch you"...
The bats represent speed and gloominess, main attributes of the vampires... They can hear much more than regular humans.

Vampir (Serbian/Romanian - Vampire). The Serbian name for Vampire was used as Dracula originally came from Serbia.

This is the first weapon finish for the Vampir collection.
