1. Pay attention to when the expert ghost drifts the first turn of the final road fork, (it aligns itself just left of the middle of the road, then drifts outward slightly before drifting heavily inwards) this might help with aligning yourself to take the turn at the right angle.
2. Constantly tap the accelerator as you take the inside of these turns, this helps you not slow down as much.
but out of all of them, i struggled with race of ages the most, specifically on mirror. i got very angry at the boat section because the waves are very annoying to get through considering stunting just doesnt work properly
anyways, the only 3 characters i used were Vyse, Ages and Shadow, all with the standard mod and i had very little issue with a lot of the tracks, and shadow is very good in my opinion for chilly castle. overall this achievement wasnt too terrible to grind and i actually had a lot of fun doing it
Something that I noticed was if you use your lvl 3 drift boost too late around the final bend before the boating section, you will go too fast and crash into the ceiling right after transforming. It is an ungodly abomination that just adds t the overall grief. Some runs I'll be doing really well but then boost too late and the ceiling stops me dead in my tracks. It is an awe-inspiring frustration of a level because of that, but the s-curve at the end just seals the deal. Ugh!
