Nvidia inspector. Profile and configs.

First of all you must download Nvidia inspector[nvworld.ru].
After downloading run nvidiaProfileInspector.exe and select profile for your game. Then you should edit config as it shown on screenshot below.

Set Antialiasing Capability value to 0x004000C1 (it's a special value for any unity game). Then set Antialiasing mode to "Override application's settings". It will force game to use GPU settings instead of itself's.
For antialiasing settings use 2x-16x Multisampling or 4x-32x combines SS+MS. With other settings game may not run and show blank white screen.

Plyson , it's not for fps increase. It's just slightly improve graphics quality and remove chopped edges when you play in fullscreen on big monitor.
