Nvm, Steam is just reducing the performance. It is 100 fps. Also the player has some fps drop at the start of the attack. Which ruins the effect but that's the thing once you go above 60 fps. You see everything. It's amazing.

Too bad that people with just 60 Hrz monitors won't get advantages of these FPS (it the GIF is actually 100 FPS).
