Let's Work
First of all i would like to say thanks to Xye for the guide "Seamless Terrain Blocks". The link for his guide is: http://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=833636749

So... Let's go! :)

I'll explain everything with topics.

1º- First we need to open an image editor and open an image. In this case i'll use photoshop and a coal texture image.

2º- Now we have to use the "Crop Tool" and set the proportion to 192/96 and press enter to photoshop cut the image. So the width and height are multiples of 48.

3º - After that we need to resize the image. The height is 96 pixels and the width is 192 pixels. Now it's just export the image to .png format. Pay attention to this.

4º - Now start the Smile Game Builder and open a new project or continue one. I'll create a new.

5º - Go in "Add Assets", "Maps" and click in "Add".

After that, select the folder where the image is and click in "Add". Now find the folder and the block that you have created. Note that he is already in moviment. Don't forget to mark the block as a liquid.

Lastly you will click in liquid and close the window.

6º- Now, go in the tab "Terrain" and find the name of your folder, in my case is "Texturas". And there's my animated block. Enjoy yourself :)
