Xddddd I'm going to use this in a project based off santiago de chile.

Beutiful assets, but same problem here. The assets works fine when you plop it. The problem is when you reload your game. Arch disappear (same problem with Santa croce). If you plop a second one in another place then both return to normal version with archs. Building variations has some problem with many other assets unfortunatly (i mainly use yours and zarrix one)

I love your work! Would love to see some low/high commercial and office buildings in a similar scale and style to the Lucus residental. You do so much, but just wanted to put that out there. Thank you!

at first @Armesto : Amazing work here I really love your work !

But sadly I encounter the same issue and problem mentioned by others and @antoine054.
I have also the Building Variations mod, problem only is when loading a savegame.
It can be fixed for me when pressing the "Reset Building" button in Move It!

Hope theres gonna be a fix for this soon, since an amazing building, thank you

Yeah that's what I thought, there might be some extra mod that causes trouble. But again no need to worry unless it's a common issue, and don't hesitate if I can be of any help.

@antoine054 So yeah, it's the same problem (everything you told me that dissapears should dissapear with that problem. And unfortunately, no, I don't know what is happening. I will speak to Elektrix to check Building Variations again. Certainly you have some mod (or I lack one) that is causing that, because for me they work fine the first time I plop them. Hopefully it will be solved some day... Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the troubles!

@Armesto I've tried and things are getting weireder.
With Lugo Train Station, after loading, the building texture was different, all covered with old stone textures. But when I popped another Lugo Station, the texture went back to normal with white walls.
I've tried with Lucus School 1 and got kind of the same bug: the glass roof was missing after loading the game but reappeared as soon as I popped another Lucus School.
And it's the same for the Pazo de Roxi, popping another one solves the problem (as well as removing/undoing with Move It).
I hope it helps.
But anyway for me this is not annoying, I suggest you wait for other feedbacks to be sure it's not an isolated case.

@antoine054 That's still weird. I mean, the problem was that, so I don't know what would cause more issues. Can you check with some other buildings using this mod and submeshes? For example, Santa Croce by Zarrix (it's still in main page) or my new Lugo Train Station (platforms
and shelters should not be visible if the problem is the same)

Hi Armesto, thank you for your input.
However, I already have Building Variation and keep having this issue.
Anyway, the solution for me is to delete it with Move It! and press Ctrl+Z to undo everytime I launch the game. The problem only occurs if it's already in place when the savegame is loaded.
