I'm really not sure what mod would cause the issues you're seeing at this point. I'm pretty sure that this is an issue of the capturable.lua file being overwritten, because I see that both the main mod and the patch are loading in properly (and in the correct order), but I don't know what mod would alter it.
Keep an eye out for any other mods that might mess with capture mechanics, I guess, and let me know if you're able to find a culprit.

The only things I can think of that may be causing a conflict are FU and https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1627427082 and potentially RPG growth - it has a Tamer profession, where you can craft a station which lets you make Capture Pods and advanced versions which just seek out monsters
It's been working fine on my end, and the whole load list priority thing shouldn't be an issue seeing as how this patch is designated to load right after the main mod. Are you using any other capture-related mods that could cause a conflict?
