This is a radio for use by emergency services, intended mostly for DarkRP usage. It is an English version of http://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=892011010
Nothing except text has been modified. All credit goes to the other creators of the addon.
Please check the original addon page (linked in the V2 addon page) for information on adding the weapon and entity to a job in DarkRP.

Sorry, I don't think it works in sandbox. It uses specific DarkRP functions.

Then you need an addon.json in the main folder that contains the other folders, this page will tell you how to format the file:

Did you modify the folder structure at all? Did you put any invalid files in any of the folders? Also, try running gmad from CMD, it's difficult to explain so it's best if you look on the internet yourself for how to do that.

for some reason, it wont accept the gma extracted folder it just closes out

No, you need to open lua files with some sort of text editor, preferably one that has a plugin for GLua (I use Atom personally). If they're in the correct folder structure in your Gmod addons folder whenever you edit them you can reset the map you're on to review your changes, you can keep the game open while editing and when you save and restart the map it'll have updated. If it was something spawnable you'd just have to respawn the entity but not in this case.

is there an addon where i can edit this ingame?
