Pretty much what I was thinking. Oh well.

The only way I could think of right now would be to create custom races for each variants because each race can only have one skin. It'll be quiet tedious to manage but it'll distribute them randomly.

So I've made a few of these now, and I was wondering if there is a relatively simple way to distribute the different versions among the NPC in the game world. Though I'm guessing since this is a character skin rather than a clothing item, it won't be anything simple or clean.

Alright, good enough for me. Just make sure you don't fall into the same hole of spending more time in Photoshop/Blender/FCS than in game like me. LOL

Hah hah, man I wish I had that sort of free time. Let's see if I even get around to the worn underwear, see how that works out, and take it from there. ;)

Making it look worn would probably be more immersive but not sure if it'll look nice tho. The struggle for the balance is real. LOL

I have a bunch of ideas for recoloring the vanilla textures but very short on time. If you got time and willing, maybe you can do a makeover on the color map for most of the vanilla armor?

I understand that the armor were suppose to look worn and dirty but making the primary and secondary color more consistent would look nice I think. It would be very cool if you could look into it. ;D
