The point of this keeper is to harass and farm all the lanes with some Jungle just like Nature's prophet. Getting Radiance by 20 minutes allows you kill underfarmed heroes with Skadi you burn them.

If you have been denied or past the 20 minute mark skip Radiance and go for Dagon / Eul's to farm for Skadis and other luxury items.
