ah i feel your pain. Do you have any other mods that might be causing it? As far as i know, from what i experienced, the building dezones because the land value did not match. Is it the case for you too?

This is a really lovely asset, and I enjoy it a lot but I seem to have this bizarre issue where whenever it grows on its own, it dezones the spot it grew from and the game treats it as if it were a ploppable building that has to be moved or destroyed manually, does not upgrade, and doesn't allow any other buildings to take its place. I liked the building, but it gradually took over my entire city because each time one spawned it couldn't be removed, which messed up my infrastructure too.

I don't know if it's something about the asset itself or the "Modern Architecture of the 2010s" district style causing it, but I've had to remove it from my game altogether unfortunately.
