One letter missing from a correct spelling of a word does not justify disregarding everything I have to say. If it did, then by that reasoning, anything you have to say is also worthless. Because you did not capitalize the first word of your sentence and did not end it with a period. Also you've spelled "Savage" with two v's. Not to mention the improper margin... How about we take a trip around places you've posted and pick apart your mistakes (of which I am reasonably confident there are may)?
might be an idea too
Can't take full credit on that one. I've used that line maybe half a dozen times to talk my way out of potentially bad situations. But I started using it because an actual newb caused my brain to have a fatal error by asking me that. It really is a sublimely dumbfounding question. Heck if they look like they are typing a wall of text to explain everything wrong with that query...That might be your chance to leg it, lol.
I can think of a few more newbish behaviors off-hand that I've mimicked which really sell it. I'll probably include those when I get around to revising this to be more focused on the 'way to act in a situation' type advice. Given that the technical (settings and such) advice has been mostly obsoleted or in need of caveats due to updates and I don't want to be perpetually updating this to keep up with what they've changed. Best to have it focused on the things that don't really change over time.
