13B Rotary engine model
(This isnt my best work because i was really tired when making this)

The hitboxes might be a tiny bit off on the model but it shouldnt be an issue

Credit to the original gta sa mod creator for making this mod which inlcuded this engine (Sadly i cannot find the original mod because i ported these models atleast a year and a half ago so i have no clue what mod i got it from)

If the original mod creator wants this post taken down i will take it down


Big thanks to Royster for helping me learn a lot of texturing, and teaching me some VMT codes and allowing me to use his skin0 VMT and VTF!
