First just do not waste your industrial power on building a strong capital ship navy, build submarines. Instead if you are really desperate stage a coup in northern scotland (or whereever you think a coup would be good to stage) and assign all of your navy (submarines) on convoy escort missions. Make sure that the revolutionears gives you military acces and start pumping in all of your troops (read bottom under screenshot for alternative way). To succesfuly stage the coup make sure that UK has about 5 - 10% fascism in party popularity. Note do not invite the rebels into your faction if you do not really need to. Otherwise ask for military acces. If you invite them, you will not be able to annex any territory from britain.



After a succesful coup deploy your army in northern scotland (or whereever you staged the coup). Then try to rush for the victory points and make them capitulate. TIP! If you can try to paradrop paratroopers in to friendly territory, when they have landed convert them to standard infantry!

TIP 2! If Italy gave away all of his troops to you (expenditionary force) use them to fight in England, because if they die, you still have your own troops!

Research Paratroopers and the latest planes. Make sure that you have air superiority over the English Channel or other water areas that are between you and the main isles. Then make sure that you have full air control (or over 75%) in the air space over the UK mainland, and in German mainland (and occupied mainland). Train paratroopers and build a strong airforce (upgrade engine on fighter planes!! check last screenshot), with many transport planes aswell. Then make sure that you have around 1 500 Fighters over the sea that are in the way for you, and around 500 in your mainland and mainland UK. This does not have to be the same in every game. Make sure that you have full air control when you are training your paratroopers. If you Don't have researched special forces: You can only train 15 paratroopers with 10 Combat width. Also If you can upgrade Kurt Student with the trait: Paratroopers, you can use "Glider planes" for bonuses. In the Example I take Dover, but it is recomended to execute the paratrooper drop in such places only when you are in th eperiod 1939-1940. Otherwise Britian will start to produce a lot of troops to cover their ports.



Also, when you have gained air-superiority try to bomb their radars and AA guns, in southern England.



How to mess with the spitfires:

Start planning a naval landing in middle England, preferably not across the channel. If you want to plan faster assign 2 divs on each naval landing order or use the trait "Naval assault plan" . Land in the area around ports and in ports. Move some capital ships to bombard the english division/s that are guarding the port if you have any spare ships. Try to use Marines. After cornflakes and WtT you can only use 15 Marines at 10 Combat width if you have not researched the special forces tech.

Lucky you!! You have 1: Succefully gained air superiority and 2: Destroyed the Royal Navy.

Try to use a combination of Marine landings and Paratrooper drop if you have researched special forces tech, otherwise choose what you think that you have the biggest chance of succesfuly invading with,

Note that some of these templates are for nations with a big industrial base such as Germany, The soviet Union or the United States. If you have acces to mechanized, you can replace the standard motorized with it.



This is my main tank division template, used for late game or earlier if you can afford the medium tanks, It is very useful because of the balance between breaktrough and attack.



This is a standard 7X2 Infantry Division with some support eq. to raise the soft attack and defense.



A different Medium panzer template.



This division's only purpose is to encircle the enemy or flank him. The medium panzer divisions or your infantry can take care pretty easily of the encircled troops. But WATCH YOUR OWN FLANKS!!! Specially after WtT you will get flanked by the AI be careful and make sure to protect the FLANKS!



A MP cavalary force meant to supress occuied territory. In large numbers this template can also guard ports and maybe a bit of coastline.



A template that can be useful for naval landings. I recomend to assign 15 of these (10 width) to a general that can boost the planning speed or have other useful traits.



A simple 10 width paratrooper template, you can train 15 of these if you have not upgraded your special forces technology.
