DELETE CS:GO PLAYER PROFILES FROM YOUR STEAM GAME LIST

Or just follow these simple steps!
  1. Go to your settings!
  2. Click "View Account Details"
  3. Click on "View licenses and product key activations"
  4. Search for "CS:GO Player Profiles" (You can find it easier by pressing CTRL+F and typing it in the search box)
  5. Click on "Remove"

Now they are not anymore on your list.
