So hey!
I want to show you, how you can use Hamachi with the SCP Game!
I made a video, in which I show you, how you can do it right. There is a little bug (12.29 at 23:23 am), after you start the game and try to connect into a session, you can't create a game without a game restart. If you want to create a game, you have to start it and go directly to "create game".

I did see that the Youtube Videos don't work well, so her is the Tutorial in written form.

• First Step:
  You open the Windows Fire Defender and click on Advance Settings.
  
• Second Step:
  In the Advance Settings, you click on the task Inbound Rules.
  Than you click on creat Rules.
  
  After that, a new window should open.
  (after that the pictures in thise guid are in german, I'm sorry)
  You click on "Port".
  
  Than you click on "TCP" and after that on "local connect" and write "7777".
  Now you click on "allow connect".
  
  And on the next Task you click on all three circels.
  
  After that you must enter a name and can write a discription.
  
  
• Step Three:
  You must search, in the Firewall Advance Settings, four Circles with a raking in it. Beside thise, there stand "scpl".
  
  Two of them are blocked. You right click them and click on allow connect.
  Now the two blocked, look like the other two.
  
  "scpl" is the name of the game in the game files.
  
  
• Step Four:
  Now you need the program "Hamachi". "Hamachi" is a program to connect computer. The Computer will think they are in LAN. (You can also use Evolve,Tunngle,Wippien etc.)
  After you install it and creat a account you must creat a new network.
  You click on Network and than on "Creat a new network..."
  
  After you created a new network, you must copy your IP4 in Hamachi.
  You right click it and click on "Copy IPv4" or somthing like that.
  
  
• Step Five:
  You write in Cortana "%AppData%", click enter and the Roaming folder should open.
  Click on the "SCP Secret Laboratory".
  
  You click on the text document with the name "config".
  On the line with "Server_IP=...", after the = you must past your Hamachi IP4 set set a ; behind.
  
  
• Stip Six:
  Start the Game and click on creat Game. Now can every person that in you Hamachi Network are you you in your Game with your Hamachi IP4
