1.) Go to > C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

2.) Add to hosts

78.47.255.224 hd2.available.gamespy.com
78.47.255.224 hd2.master.gamespy.com
78.47.255.224 hd2.ms14.gamespy.com

Restart your PC and go ingame and click "refresh".

I recommend to take a look at https://www.rprclan.com/

But it seems that there are no problems regarding this method. So it should work fine.
