How was this created?
As everyone has at one point tried to do, we all know that the Stormrulers ability sucks when not in its element. Dealing damage outside of this requires you to make it +5, which at 50 strength 9 dex scaling on both D's leads to 280 + 130 = 410 total physical damage from slashing. This is a plus, but it is not the point of the build.

My original idea was to simply make a joke that became all too possible in the long run. At first it dawned on me just how loud Stormruler really is. It's insane.

You cannot make out footsteps at all from the active sound of Stormruler, which my first hope was to possibly have two charged at the same time to optimize sound creation which gave me the idea to simply hold it in the left hand. Marching around one handing a weapon on the right while producing Jet Engine level disruption of the environment provided me with a great opportunity to at first give off Troll Vibes, but eventually produce extremely hostile results.
In the midled of PvP, the only three ways to lose the Stormrulers active sound generaiton is by...
  1. Unequip the Storm Ruler
  2. Activate your Space Blade
  3. Two hand the Opposing sided weapon

Witnessing the power of this, while single handing the Dragonslayer Greataxe on the opposing side, I engaged a roleplay mode level of intent with my combat. While running in circles, spinning endlessly, producing the sounds of hell itself, my enemy became disarmed as they were attempting to make heads or tails of my strategy, which way I was facing, and appropriate way to fight. However, all this time I am able to read their extremely drawn out protective play style and one by one hit them with my right side and catch them out with my left, leading to a roaring victory. (Literally.)
The Best Way to Defeat your Enemy?
The Stormrulers damage leaves a lot ot be desired, but provides a suprisingly fast response with a horizontal swipe, giving you roll catching abilities when they get close. Along with the lack of stamina cost it gives you, your provided with the utility to ignore the fact you're missing out on half the damage you could have with your right side since you're not two handing (You HAVE to keep up the Noise).

Utilizing clothing with loose strands of fabric to get caught up in the spin gives an even stronger vibe of troll while you have every intent on winning the match. The Meta becomes one of Psychological fooling in the midst of ample combat. It gives a fun experience to both sides, while also providing a noise level far beyond comfortable levels in the game itself.

Will I ever live down my sins?
If I ever fight someone else with an active stormruler on, I will know my work here on Earth is done. That is all.

for added insult to injury, equip the ring that makes it so you don't make noise when walking around so there is literally nothing but the storm ruler sounding off 24/7 uninterrupted.

I fought you, ganker, easy when you have your buddies with you isnt it ?
and btw it isnt such a great build, won because of the other phantom.

If you cast ToD and then spam Lloyds Sword Ring on and off with an active Storm Ruler then the noise becomes truely unbearable (bear in mind that you have to be at full health for this to work). You could even add a lightning buff to yout right hand weapon to really maximise on the noise but i'm not sure that it makes that much of a difference.
