It's Realistic V1.2.13 Boreal by Captain Soap.

But i have to tell you: I'm playing my city "Loennebay" since summer of 2016. When i made the map, this was one of the nicest and most realistic themes you could get.
Now it's still nice, but a little bit outdated. If you've got a strong rig, there are much better themes now at the WS. This is for exaple very blurry and squashy in close-up-looks at the cliff-texture. But i'm still pretty happy with it and don't change it.
And i'm glad to tell you: Had a little time this days, there will be the next one this week :)
