Yes shields. But not titan dozer. The thanatos needs like 1 magazine to kill one and the ammo pick up is not good. They can one shot you and also you get cloaked in no time.

If you have a good sniper (not sure how's it called) can one shot these shielded enemies. On 1D i think.
