Phantom Ruby SWEP (Sonic Mania)

What is it?
The Phantom Ruby is a mysterious gem from Sonic Mania that can manipulate space-time and tunimaginable amounts of energy.

How does it work?
This SWEP allows you to teleport to your crosshair's position from any distance.
If you teleport near players / props, they will slowly rise off the ground, and if you teleport near a certain NPC, it may transform into another!
You can also save your current position to teleport to later.
The Ruby includes neat sound and visual effects. Watch the videos above for a better understanding!

Instructions

• Spawn it from the "Other" weapons category.
  
• LM - Teleport to crosshair
  
• RM - Teleport to preset position
  
• RELOAD - Set position for RM
  
• USE + LM - Toggle Ruby Noise

Todo
-Add an unstuck functionality
-Add console commands to toggle things
-Possibly make vehicles rise when teleporting
-Possibly add colourability
