GCCM: Eye of the Panther
The Eye of the Panther is a Dwarf settlement located in the top of the Southlands, in the "Cobra Pass" mountain range at the coast of Araby. There are (currently) two versions of the map, an unwalled Dwarf version, and a walled Dwarf version. Versions occupied by other factions are currently in production.

To compensate for the lack of towers, the gates of the walled Dwarf version shoot fire.

This is the first new map that will be added to GCCM2, please let us know if you find any bugs before we implement it in the campaign!

You can find the GCCM2 mod here. This map is not yet added to the campaign, because we would like to see if people find issues with it before we add it!

How to play
There are two versions of this map, walled, and unwalled. The name of the map is GCCM: Eye of the Panther in both cases. You can find the abttle under minor settlement battle, and under siege battle. Please keep in mind that it will have the CA logo next to it in both cases, we can't change that.

Credits
Zoidberg did basically everything. Frodo45127 did the AI, and I made some small boring adjustments to make everything work smoothly. Kazad mostly laughed at me while working on another awesome map and not doing any boring stuff.

So why am I publishing it and not Zoidberg? Because Zoidberg is forcing me to do all the boring stuff, like taking screenshots, writing nice Steam descriptions, and publishing the map. <3

GCCM now has a patreon, which you can find here:

Update please!

When units are routing or shattered they don't actually retreat, they just stand there. Also it seems very bright on the inside.

Seems like the lights are quite overbright with the Improved Battle Weather (Grim and Dark) mod. Do you think you could turn down the brightness of said lights a little? I realize that if you go too far it'll be too dark for people not using that mod but just a bit wouldn't hurt, I hope.

going with the rams for the gates until there were open. If I hovered my mouse over the gatehouse it just stated 50% damage.
But maybe the ai was just smart? In in the end it worked for them

@alcaponeaci So what did they do then? In our tests the attacking AI has always used it's towers and rams.

I'm not sure if this wanted. But the ai (DE) didn't use their siege towers or ladders to climb the walls (custom sieg battle).
But there were so many they didn't had to.

Love ya'lls work. Its quality over quantity.
