I grabbed inspire for easily getting your teammates up and also some reload skills to make the reload faster.

I grabbed Ironman basic for a huge armor boost and Bullseye to get up to Ironman and to get that sweet armor with each headshot.

None. I didnt grab any Technician skills as they would not really benefit the build and i also had no spare points.

In Ghost, i grabbed Silent Killer for a 30 Percent damage boost, sweet crits for increased killing power and Optical Illusions to reach the required concealment level.

In Fugitive I picked up Bloodthirst aced, to get up to Frenz, also to get that sweet onehit on a fully healthed One Down Elite:)
Then i have Berserker aced for increased Damage and Frenzy aced to activate berserker Permanently.
Also Nine Lives aced to have one more Down.

I picked Anarachist because of the high Armor and Survivability, great Perkdeck all around.

For my primary weapon i have picked the Contractor Sniper Rifle, as it has amazing Firerate, great Damage, can penetrate shields, and has a amazing Ammo Pickup.
It is modded with:
Contractor Silencer
Stability Boost
Compact Laser Module
Straight Grip
Acough Optic Scope
Folding Stock

My secondary weapon is the China Puff grenade launcher, as it does good damage, have good pickup and high concealment.It is modded wth:
Concealment Boost
Riot Stock

My used Skins are the "Blockbuster" for the China Puff and the "Frenzy" skin for the Contracor.

The chosen meele weapon is the Kunai Dagger, as it supports great damage output with the "Bloodthirst" skill, you can if you fully charge it even onehit a Taser on Deathwish while only using the Kunai.

Armor used is the Two-Piece Suit as it offers 200 armor with Anarchist, high concealment for Crits and 15 Dodge with this setup.

The Deployable is the Medicbag, remember only to use it when you have been downed 3 (4 times with nine lives aced) Times.

If you are doing One down and want to oneshot everything but some specials, you could use the Grom Sniper Rifle
It is modded with:
Tikho Barrel
Stability Boost
Lightweight Foregrip
Led Combo
Combat Sight
Lightweight Stock

You will sacrifice firerate for damage here.
If you want to solo, you could remove inspire and respec for High Value Target Aced, for more damage against Special Enemies.
