Checkout "OvN Lost World", that makes some changes to the seas I think. I haven't tried it myself, just read the Description

I keep hoping to see this mod ported to WH3, I love this mod. It adds some real sorta... Creepy ambiance to the northern seas around Norsca and the Chaos Wastes, especially.
