*Alters in-game player and AI vehicle lights to be 'more realistic'

*Latest update for your favourite lighting effect mod!

*Place at a higher priority than any other mod which may alter vehicle light settings.

*Best experienced using 'longer nights' (I use equinox type) and having your graphics options set so that at nighttime black is actually black.

*Edits aux_vehicle_lamps to be brighter
*Edits all standard vehicle\hookups lights

*MAY or MAY NOT edit lights added by other mods
*Beware stacking too many high beams lights, as IRL they will combine and begin to saturate and dazzle.
