In the forest stage I just dodged them. In the lake stage there is a thistle in the right cave. I pulled it out and dropped on the water, luring lynxes towards it and floating above it in a safe zone, letting them to get damage. It is again more safe then luring buzzards and let them fight with lynxes. The most dangerous part is to pick it up after killing all the lynxes and not get hit with a thorn - be carefull.
- Lake stage .
It is possible to gather all underwater silvers just diving and swimming, without using stones as a load. You just need to practice.
- Preventing being bugged
After pulling the lever of the shard machine in the Lake stage, be sure the water drains, opening the path to the tutorial stage. Exiting the stage before the water drains may lead to a bug, where the water does not drain, meaning that you will need to deliver all the shards through the Sunset stage.
If you are stuck in another bird - restart the game.
It is also risky to deliver the shard fragments to the main machine through this stage, because through activating the machines, in the right part of the Sunset stage finally it will be three buzzards (if none of them has been previously killed). I bet you don' t want to deal with them. So, the first time you pass this zone, gather all the silvers in the sky in the buzzard's area, so as there is no need to get back to this very part of the stage.
After activating the very right shard machine (on the right of the Lake stage), it wil drain the water beneath, opening a secret path to the tutorial stage. Thus, all the shard fragments (except for the one near the jackdaw' s perch in sunset stage and the one after the wind tunnel, where you get from the bottom of the sunset stage) I delivered through that path.
Some tips, that make it easier for me (assuming you read the guide):
- Used Sneezeball' s approach (the comment below) not to fix the fox statue and not to carry a part of it through the tunnel.
- Found it rather hard and risky to let jackdaws to grab you .
It is more safe to pull out a thistle, fly up and stop in the upper part of a jackdaw' s trigger zone and wait till it dies from the thistle (it takes 5 wounds to get critical health). But also be carefull with a thistle, try to grab it right near the root, so it would not hurt you with its thorns, and make sure to put it in safe zone after you kill the bird. There are only two Jackdaws in the game and there are thistles near both: for the one in the Sunset stage it is on the bottom right from the jackdaw' s perch, right near the bramble; for the one in the stage with a big thorny tree it is located above, on the right cliff.
