Howdy Hoo, fellas!
Here's a cartoon MEP I've been thinking about, I've always wanted to make a video with Rick and Star, because, honestly, It would be a taboo pairing and I love taboo couples. SOOO, here are the rules:

1. Voice-overs are always allowed!
2. Only tv shows like SVTFOE, Rick and Morty, Adventure Time or that kind of are allowed. What I mean is that every show that is animated is allowed!
3.You can put lyrics in your part and you can be as creative as you want!
4. Taboo pairings are of course allowed, if your character is older than the other, it doesn't matter, as I said, I'll be using Star and Rick, and trust me, there's an age gap.
5.You can watermark your part, but no program logos please!
6. Don't use a coloring, I'll use the one that appears in the video, (which is mine).
7. Ninth part must have at the ending an outro
