Dr. Rasin will ask you to bring him some medicinal herbs from old Billy. Exit the house and find old Billy. Save your game if you want to do the achievement below aswell. Talk to Billy but don't buy anything. Go back to Dr. Rasin and tell him you got the wrong things. Dr. Rasin will take your money and items and the achievement will unlock. He will not give you the task again, if you want to do the other achievement (bring the right ingredients) you need to reload a previous save or restart the game.

Dr. Rasin will ask you to bring him some medicinal herbs from old Billy. Exit the house and find old Billy. Talk to Billy and look at his wares. Tell him you will check back later, then tell him his prices are too steep. After you mention Dr. Rasin he will lower the prices. Buy the things from the recipe (2 pieces of snailroot, 4 bottles of goat milk and one dry trapper weed). Go back to Dr. Rasin and give him the items. If you have the right items, the achievement will unlock.

When you enter the dream sequence for the first time, save the game in case you accidentally miss the achievement. Find Markus and listen to him talk about a book. Find the bookcase but don't read any of the books yet. Click on the bookcase and read the book called "The Club of Prestigious Gentlemen" and the achievement will unlock. You can now read any book you want. After you have read the book Markus talked about (The Teachings of Ishta), the story will progress and you will not be able to access the bookcase again unless you load a previous save.

When you get to the castle there will be 3 wine bottles in different rooms that you can pick up. Only one of them (Wine (3)) is required to progress the story, the other ones are missable.

There are 3 different endings that you can get. Each one of these endings unlock a achievement. When you enter the room with the ritual pillars, save your game if you want to do all of them.

When the queen offers you a choice, choose "Your reign ends here Amuna!". This will lead to the first ending and the achievement will unlock.
