Heres my little custom consumable tutorial!!! for those who dont know what this is its an awesome little thing where you toss a note into a cooking pot and you get to make your own custom food and icon!  these things are fantastic!  
Benefits:
Thousands of combination possibilities!
48 hour recipes expiration time
helps get rid of things you always have an over abundance of (dodo eggs, raw meat, etc)
food and stats over time instead of quickly great for the times your just running around.
makes use of a cooking pot after it becomes obsolete
