Vlad's Coven of Undeath Tweak - Standard (Designed for Valuable Veterans)

This mod is basically just a small change to Vlad's Coven of Undeath Skill to balance it or break it completely for valuable veterans - You CAN use it without Valuable Veterans just fine if you just want the skill to be weaker or stronger, thats entirely up to you.
It was pretty strong for VV' though, so here are some tweak mods.

If you are unfamiliar with the skill, basically it gives every army Vlad's faction owns EXP every turn, his personally led army gained roughly 1.5~ times more.

I plan on doing a few versions so pick whichever link below suits your needs:
