Enabling Developer Console
If you have already enabled the developer console, you may skip this section.

Enabling the developer console:
1. Go to the main menu.
2. Click on the "options" button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click on the "advanced" button at the bottom of that panel.
4. Check "Enable developer console" if not already checked.
5. Click "OK" until you arrive at the main menu again.

After you have enabled the developer console, you can hit the ` button on your keyboard to bring it up, which is location under the escape key and left of the "1" key.
Entering A Map
To enter a map, you will need to bring up the developer console. After it is open, you can type in "map [map of your choice]" in order to enter your desired map. For example, if I wanted to play on Upward, I would type "map pl_upward" and hit enter.
Console Commands
After you've entered a map, there are numerous console commands to assist you:

Allow Cheats (must do to access the commands below): sv_cheats 1
Infinite Time: mp_tournament 1
Infinite Health & Ammo: bind "mouse1" "+attack; impulse 101"
Infinite Health (to prevent fall damage): hurtme -9999999
No Clip (fly through walls): bind "[whatever key you prefer]" "noclip"
Summary
I really hope this guide helped you practice your rocket/sticky jumping! Before this guide is finished, here are a few tips:

1. Try to play a map without many close areas.
2. Remember, jump, crouch, m1/m2.
3. Use the Rocket Jumper or Sticky Jumper to take no damage when rocket/sticky jumping (although you will also not deal any damage).

Happy jumping everyone! =)
