Gameplay Mechanics
Micheal Myers is considered the most terrifying killer in the Dead By Daylight Community. Reason is that he is very stealthy indeed. Now many people might ask ... "Wait? Isn't the wraith even more stealthy? Since he has an invisibility cloak and has virtually no terror radius while he is cloaked?" I mean, yes, the wraith is very stealthy, but there are a few differences between Micheal Myers and the Wraith which in the end favors Micheal as a more stealthy and terrifying killer. First of all, Micheal Myers makes much less noise while breathing, leading to many unsuspecting survivors being pulled off of generators if they are not constantly checking their surroundings. Micheal Myers also has a very small terror radius when he is in Evil Within I. This causes you to only hear the heart beat once he is about up your rear. Micheal Myers's ability (Evil Within) has 3 different tiers. Evil Within I, II, and III. Which each give him certain abilities.

Evil Within I
- Trememdously Reduced Terror Radius
- Slightly Reduced Lunge
- Slighty Reduced Movement Speed
- Immunity to Detection Perks (Spine Chill, Premonition)

Evil Within II
- Moderately Reduced Terror Radius
- Regular Lunge
- Regular Movement Speed

Evil Within III
- Regular Terror Radius
- Slightly Increased Lunge
- Attacks Trigger the Dying State

Now, for Myers, you may think that staying in Evil Within I is actually a good idea since you will have a tiny terror radius, but ironically you should only stay in Evil Within I given certain parameters. Evil Within I is a good idea to utilize at the beginning of the match (where survivors are still unsure of whom the killer is), if you are bringing in the add on Scratched Mirror, or if you are playing on the map called Lery's Memorial Institute. His stealth will help you pull uncertain survivors off generators but especially on the map Lery's Memorial Institute since there are a plethora of corners which survivors cannot see or hear around (given the screams eminating from the underground areas). Other than that, stalking survivors to get out of Evil Within I is a must, because on maps like Coldwind Farm, Myer's stealth won't help him if people can flat out see him from a range. In addition to that, Myers is almost uncapable of catching a survivor in Evil Within I without the bloodlust factor. And obviously, as another bonus, you want to reach Evil Within III often, given the double damage can instantly down survivors and the added lunge factor.
Perks?
Micheal Myers is all about 'the obsession', an interesting gameplay mechanic that was incorporated during the release of this killer. Now, all of Micheal Myers's perks deal with an obsession, but, even though he is a killer based around this 'obsession' I think that there are better perks that could be used in combination with this killer that his own ones. First of all, since Myers is a slow killer, the perk Whispers is one of the highly recommended perks because it will allow Micheal to find and stalk/get a quick stab in, early in the game. Whispers is also a really good perk because given the radius, you can try to pinpoint survivor locations when Whispers activates and deactivates. This perk will help give you an edge, but more of an edge for Evil Within I Myers. The second perk (which is a must have) recommend is Brutal Strength. When Micheal Myers enters Evil Within III, all the survivors recieve an audio cue telling them you can now instantly send them to the dying state, now since your Evil Within III is only temporary, survivors will do whatever they can in their power to delay the chase, mostly by throwing pallets down. Hence Brutal Strength III would make Micheal Myers a terrifying beast of a killer. For a third perk, I would recommend Deerstalker, it is not necesary, but I like to have it for Evil Within III, because then I can go hunting for other survivors after downing one. The last perk is the most important though. It is one that you do not need, but makes a huge difference. Monitor & Abuse, this reduces a killers terror radius when not in a chase, but increases it once they enter one. I love this perk, it makes Myers have almost no terror radius in Evil Within I, and a terror radius as big as a normal Evil Within I Myers but in Evil Within II. This makes you able to sneak up even closer to survivors, and when in a chase, other survivors will get off of generators if they hear your terror radius.
The Fun Part
Hopefully this guide helps you learn the ways of Micheal Myers. I really do enjoy playing him, but without certain perks it can be a real struggle. Those perks that I listed were what works best for me, but everyone has a different spin of things they might like to try. Now go out there, be a terifying little Myers and let the slaughter begin.

A valid point, I changed the title to better reflect on the contents of the guide. Thanks for the input Mont!

This isn't really a "How to: Michael Myers". It's a "What is Michael Myers".
