Jokal was a powerful Jedi Master during the age of the old republic. After the war with the Eternal Empire Jokal lost his mind abandoning the Jedi and leaving into the wilds to become a hermit.

I personally charge 30-40 per, but I can get them done within 1-2 hours typically

Its a jedi consular robe, but the headwear is one of the many headwears accessable on character creation for the blind-humanoid species (forgot its name)
