Opis
The Map (fancy description)
Long ago, these lands where used by the Dawi to test their new weapons. But they forgot about those weapons, and that will make the armies that march through this land pay with blood every step they advance. Among these weapons, the one that still works is the experimental reusable auto-reload landmine. And there are a lot of them.

The Map (normal description)
Badland's Minefield is an very simple medium-size map, designed for multiplayer. This was originally a map I created a day ago to see if we can implement landmines in the game (because why not?) but after some test I though some people can be interested in playing it in PVP, so I finished it and here it is.

It's divided in three zones (from the border to the middle of the map):
  • The deployment area: Pretty self-explanatory.
  • The minefield: Your side's minefield (the brown part in the minimap). It's divided in two by a road in the middle. Also, there is a capture point in the road that controls the oposite side's towers.
  • The middle finger road: The main road. It splits the map in two.

The map It's designed to be played with the following rules:
  • Once you start the match, you MUST RUN to the minefield. If you try to camp and the enemy manage to capture the CP in his side of the map, the towers in your back will destroy you. So, no camping allowed.
  • Once in the Minefield, do whatever you want. But remember, retreat is dead by bombardment.

The FAQ
  • The CPs are floating!: Can't fix it. I marked the borders of the CP in the ground with decals so you can see it better.
  • The CPs take ages to be capture!: It's normal.
  • The landmines don't dissapear after making BOOOM!: What part of experimental reusable auto-reload landmine didn't you understand? It's normal.
  • Can't see where the mines are!: Welcome to the dawi roulete. Let's see how many steps you can make until you lost your feet.
  • The AI is dying due to mines!!: And you just discovered why it's designed for PVP.
  • I don't hit any mine!!: Mines hit units hard, so they are a bit dispersed. You know, balance reasons.

I'm not going to do it (I hate MOBA-style simetric maps) but I passed it to the group, just in case someone is interested in doing it.
