Not possible to solo 1-4, 2-2, 2-4, or the first part of 1-3....... as far as we know.
*interesting note: 2-4 was one of the first chambers found to be solo-able but since reportaling was patched it is now one of the few that is impossible.

Added a few clips of the Calibration Course at the end that would be considered soloing each section. First part is with no help from GLaDOS.

Even Though there is a co-op partner on both 2-6 and 2-8, I still consider it solo if the other player doesn't interact with the map at all, i.e no portal shooting or touching cubes/buttons etc.

This run utilizes glitches:
The button save glitch(BSG):  which is essentially quick saving the game while a button is pressed as you are moving off of it. When you reload the game the button still thinks it is pressed but also thinks you are off the button, as long as you don't step on the button again it will remain pressed.

Cube through Emancipation grill Glitch(CEG): this glitch can be done in 2 ways, the way i use is by crouching and looking at the floor as you pass through a eg with a cube, the cube hides up inside you is the best way i can describe it, and doesn't get fizzled as you pass through. another way to do this glitch is by moving the cube right next to the eg and then grabbing the cube on the other side far enough away from the eg to not fizzle, this works because the cube automatically jumps to being held in the new location and in essence passes through space without touching the eg.

Other minor glitches:

1-3 laser doesn't have to hit both receptacles at the same time to engage staircase
2-8 grabbing cube through tube, physics error. doesn't work in SP. Cube can be grabbed in single player by jumping on top and throwing the cube out the top hole but i was having issues with that so recorded it this way.
3-2 you can temporarily jump into the water and swim up without dying.
3-8 placing the vertical lightbridge as the ball is right under it causes the ball to lose its momentum and fall in a catchable location

If you're like hey! There are harder ways to solo each chamber that you could have done.. You are right however I tried to keep each puzzle pretty basic so many people can attempt their own solos. and on 1-2  apparently I'm not fooling anyone here with the first jump i did edit the video to make it seem like i made the jump on my 1st attempt but since even my little sister who has only played like 3 levels noticed i thought i'd go ahead and out myself.
