Grimy's Loot Mod WOTC - PCS Expansion

Leírás
This is a port of GrimyBunyip's "Grimy's Loot Mod - PCS Expansion" for WOTC.

As Grimy is no longer modding for XCOM 2 and has given permission for others to use his assets as long as they give credit to him, that is what this is. Thanks, Grimy!

Use this mod to increase skulljack to-hit chances if you feel you're missing too often.

Known Issues
--Integrated Warfare may not affect PCS added by this mod. (This issue was previously about Inside Knowledge, which was an entirely different bonus. I have yet to roll Integrated Warfare so I haven't been able to test.)

Features
Adds Hacking and Psionic PCS
Adds the Neurowhip and AmpBooster items from my Cut Content Mod
Skullmining awards PCS's instead of intel and facility leads, for all ADVENT troops
PCS's can have up to 2 upgrade slots. (can be increased to 3 via INI edit)

Currently, upgrades provide bonus damage to certain enemy types.
I will probably add more in the future, but this is just a quick release.

Balance Tweaks
All Balance tweaks can, of course, be edited or removed in the INI
PCS's are no longer dropped as loot
Perception PCS bonuses roughly halved
Perception PCS no longer rarer than other PCS
By default, tier 1 and 2 enemies have a chance for Common, Rare, or Epic PCS
By default, tier 3 enemies have a chance for Rare, Epic, or Legendary PCS

Requires Grimy's Loot Mod WOTC

Compatibility
No mod class overrides
Edits PCS loot drop tables
Supports A Better Advent enemies for PCS stealing via Skullmining.

Before you ask
No, this mod doesn't make skulljacking chances 100%.

AML shows this mod to have conflicts with LWOTC now. Not sure what those conflicts are, and it used to work fine for me with LWOTC.

It seems that contrary to what is stated by the author, this mod does actually have a class override conflict with the "Long War of the Chosen [Experimental]" (LWotC) mod for the class "UIInventory_LootRecovered". I am not sure how this potentially affects a LWotC run but I have chosen to disable this mod.

Has anyone found a way to apply psi-PCS to custom class? I searched all the ini, but didn't find any lines in the mod that would determine which PSC is applicable to which class.

"PCS's are no longer dropped as loot"

Did a bit of testing and from what I can tell the above means that all hacking rewards that normally give a PCS are also disabled even though the option still exists. So if you hack a tower and it says the reward is a superior pcs and your hack is successful, you just get nothing. Same goes for skullmining where a reward can be a PCS unless it actually uses the word "extract".

Also some of the advent have the new extract PCS options while others don't, for instance priests do not but troopers, stun lancers, and shieldbearers do.

You can still buy a PCS from the black market if you see one offered there. Not sure about the covert op that can give a PCS as a reward, I usually don't consider those worth doing.

i play LWotc with mod jam ,and it seems i dont get the bonus dmg against specified enemys written in pcs

Any way to make the Psi PCS usable by all soldiers? Have Psi Adepts and other psi classes that still can't use psi PCS

Super old thread but somehow I missed WOTC all together and started playing it. Thanks for porting Grimy;s stuff in.. But PCS are like hens teeth.. I see a mention you can edit the INI to get them to drop again but I can not find which INI or where.. I did some experimenting but nothing ever dropped. Any guidance for the ignorant appreciated
