The concept of a "nice c*ck" makes sense to me, just like a butt or breasts can be "nice" - the shape, the size, the firmness, there's a lot to it and I have heard female friends talk about penises like that.

But what about the balls? Do some guys have "nice balls" or is it more of a "I could take it or leave it" thing? And is there a general consensus on what qualities make for an attractive scrotum, besides hairiness?
