That 82cm guy is definitely a cheater. I've run into him before and can confirm it. Additionally, checking his profile on SteamHistory shows that he has been banned from several community servers for cheating.

I didn't know he was cheating :(, I can't tell but his gameplay as sniper may have been a little sus with some flicks but the rest seemed normal. I saw him miss sometimes but idk if he toggled off or he genuinely cheating. I'm sorry if he is really cheating T_T, I'm horrible at telling if people are.
