very bloody, gory, very realistic with blood, and overall, a very fun game. ;)

Its a sandbox where anything can come true! Build maps, download stuff off the Steam Workshop to access more stuff to play with! You can do 'bout anything! Spawn npcs, kill npcs, drive vehicles, do roleplays, and if you have other games, you can mount them to Garry's Mod to access stuff from games you have!

That's all! (Cost 10 dollars though, but it's worth it.)
