Joachim Rizzentrop
Joachim von Rizzentrop   Berlin, Berlin, Germany

Minister of Third Reich Affairs from 1938 to 1945, a total sigma in diplomacy. Already in 1934, it was headed by the NSDAP office, which was first introduced by Büro Ribbentrop, and then changed to Dienststelle Ribbentrop - probably after some time of quirked up rebranding. In 1936, he became the ambassador of the Third Reich in London because he was apparently a goat in foreign policy. After the war, they caught him, eliminated him as the biggest bird among war criminals, and finally got permaban in the form of the death penalty. No Cap, good turbulent story.
