Gogosi pufoase reteta de la bunica

Ingrediente:

500 g faina
2 galbenusuri
350 ml lapte
2 pliculete zahar vanilat
un praf de sare
coaja de lamaie
1 lingura zahar
30 g drojdie proaspata sau 10 g drojdie uscata
10 g zahar pudra vanilat
ulei pentru prajit


MOD DE PREPARARE

Se amesteca drojdia cu lingura de zahar si cu laptele caldut si se lasa un pic, pana face spuma. Apoi se bate bine cu galbenusurile si cu 300 g faina cu un mixer. Se adauga sarea, zaharul vanilat, coaja de lamaie (la care nu fac economie) si restul de faina. Se framanta sa fie un aluat elastic si molcut. Se lasa la dospit 30 min.Dupa ce a dospit, aluatul pentru gogosi pufoase se intinde pe un blat cu faina de grosime de un deget subtire. Se decupeaza rondele cu o forma speciala sau un pahar cu marginile subtiri. Ale mele au fost de cca. 6 cm diametru.Aluatul pentru gogosi pufoase se mai lasa pe tava la dospit 10 min.Se incinge bine uleiul si se pun gogosile in uleiul fierbinte, iar focul se da pe mic.
